Eid-ul’ azha Activity- September 2016

Teachers of the Montessori section decorated a corner displaying the activity that takes place during Eid-ul’ azha. Students were brought to the corner and the teachers demonstrated how the process of buying the sacrificial offering takes place. They spoke about the significance of this festive and the students were encouraged to share their experiences. The mere purpose of this activity was to instill in their hearts the love and respect of this auspicious occasion. Students were also given badges which they had made themselves. The badges were cut out in shapes of the different sacrificial animals.
