Circular for Parents- December 2016

Dear Parents,
We would like to take this opportunity and thank you for your support during the past term. By the grace of Almighty Allah, we have successfully concluded the second term of the academic year 2016- 2017.
With the vision to make the school a place of learning and exploration, teachers and staff are working tirelessly towards it. Parental support plays a key role in any child’s progress. We are sure our combined efforts will certainly prove to be a milestone in reaching the desired outcome.
Following policies will be effective from January 2017. Parents are requested to cooperate with the administration for a cordial relationship:
• Students appearing for Board exams, having less than 75% attendance throughout the term will NOT receive their admit card. In case of emergency or medical issues, parents should inform the School about their child’s leave immediately otherwise the student will be marked absent.
• Punctuality is a quality students need to be assisted to develop. Students will be allowed to enter the school premises until 8:00 am only. Students arriving after 8:00 am will not be allowed to attend school on that day. School gate closes at 8:00 am due to security reasons.
• Student’s fee must be cleared by the 10th of every month. If the tuition fee has not been paid by the end of the second month, the student’s name is automatically withdrawn from our computer list.
• Student whose admission is cancelled because of outstanding dues will have to seek re-admission into the school by clearing the outstanding dues and making payment for re-admission.
• Defaulters will not be permitted to sit for any examination and will not be issued the Report Cards/Admit card.
• The School timings have been revised. Below are the new timings:
                                    School starts 8:00 A.M
                                    School ends 1:30 P.M
These timings are applicable for all students; those going by vans, with their parents or themselves. Kindly make necessary arrangements accordingly.
• Primary and Secondary section will be having their winter vacation from 22nd December till the 30th December 2016. School reopens on Monday, 2nd January 2017.
